政治と経済が気になり中
『文學界』（2010年5月号）の小熊英二さんと高橋源一郎さんの対談がおもしろかったり、マイケル・サンデル教授のことが気になっていたり、政治と経済が気になりはじめています。あ、サンデル教授というのはアメリカのハーバード大学の教授である、政治哲学者のこと。僕はまったく詳しくないけれど、サンデル教授のハーバード白熱教室という講義は、同大学で最も人気のある授業だそうです。
もちろん、経済にうとい僕でも、これまでもビジネス書をはじめ、経済に関する本を読んだことはあるにはあるのですが、これまでピンとこなかったのです。と自分に関係があるものとして読めなかったというべきでしょうか。資本主義社会の中で暮らしている以上、当然、経済に無関係に生きているはずはなありませんが、これまで強い関心を持てなかったのです。政治についても同様で、自分にも間接的に影響を及ぼしているに決まっているのに、正直いって、政治は「ひとごと」でした。
それが、なぜだか、政治と経済に興味が出てきたのです。ムクムクと。
現在の気持ちを素直に語れば、必要なものとしてだけでなく、おもしろいはずだしと（きっとおもしろい、と根拠もなく確信している）、これから政治と経済にふれていきたいと思っています。政治、わからない。経済、ほとんど知らない。サンデル教授の専門である政治哲学なんて、どういう学問なのか、ますますもって僕には「？」なんですけど、いま、かなり興味を持っています。
何か読んだり、ふれたりしたら、思うところ感じるところがあれば、ここに書くつもりです。
