朝のリフティング77回。100人以上のご年配の方にまじってラジオ体操。あの公園では、僕はいちばんヤングだったかも。ラジオ体操も真剣にやると、汗が吹き出る。
昨日の夕方、自分史上最高の連続99回を達成。あと1回で100回だったのに、98回目に前方に少し前方に蹴ったしまったボールに足を伸ばしたもののつま先しか届かず、さらに前方にキックしてしまって、99回で終了してしまった。でも、ようやくここまで来た。
焦ることはないけど、体が感覚を覚えているうちに、100回を成し遂げたい。
