初めて足を運んだ、隅田川の花火大会。両国の第一ホテルよりもJRの線路に少し寄った、大江戸線両国駅の出口の前あたりに敷物を敷いて花火を観たのだが、かなり楽しめた。隣に座ったスペインのテレビ局に勤めるカップル、反対隣の女性二人組など、まわりの人もとても感じがよく、「花火＝庶民の娯楽」という雰囲気。もちろん、僕も庶民だけれど。
今年の見物ポジションも十分よかった。合格点。だけど、来年は清澄通りを北上し、花見大会の会場にさらに近づいてみようかと思う。
