今朝の朝日新聞、見開き広告より。
民主党野田新政権の誕生に合わせて掲載された新聞広告。GHQの最高指令官、ダグラス・マッカーサーが厚木の海軍飛行場に降り立ったときの写真だろうか。ウィキペディアで調べると、1945年8月30日のようだ。
このビジュアルを持ってきたのは、日本の首相では頼りないということか。真に、アメリカの植民地になったほうがいいという意味ではないだろうが、いろいろ考えさせることが狙いかもしれない。物議をかもすかどうかわからないが、物議をかもすこと自体が目的なのかもしれない。
いい方向へつくり直すなら、私だって歓迎だ。
