今朝ジョギング中に見つけた、江戸時代後期の大衆作家・十返舎一九の辞世の句「この世おば どりゃお暇に 線香の 煙とともに 灰左様なら」。一九は棺に花火を仕込んで、人を楽しませたそうだ。最期にまでユーモアをまぶすとは、さすが滑稽物の作り手。
