人材のミスマッチを、Facebookでなくそう。
この本を見かけたのは、門前仲町の薬局。そこは、『ボーダーを着る女は95％モテない』という本を置いている薬局なのだが、『なぜ「Facebook」で 優秀な人材が採用できるのか？ ソーシャルリクルーティングのすべて』が新たに加わっていた。
この本はタイトルにあるように、ソーシャルリクルーティングを取り上げている。ソーシャルリクルーティングとは、SNS（ソーシャルネットワーキングサービス）を用いたリクルーティング活動のこと。
具体的には、その企業らしい情報をFacebookで発信することにより、ファンを増やしたり、採用におけるミスマッチを減らす方法が書かれている。
企業側にとって、採用された側にとっても、入社後になって「こういう人材だったとは思わなかった」「こんな会社だとは知らなかった」と感じることによるミスマッチを減らすために、Facebookを活用しようといものだ。そのための指南書といっていい。
「宣伝はなるべく減らす」「本文は3〜4行程度を基本に」など、いわれてみるとその通りだよな、と納得することも少なくない。リクルーティングうんぬんという前に、会社や商品のファンになってもらうための「ファンページ」だと位置づければ、当然のことといえる。
しかし、クレージーキャッツのヒットソングではないけれど、「わかっちゃいるけど、やめられない」というのも事実。企業サイドにとっては、宣伝したいというのが本音だし、その気持ちはわからないでもない。
でも、たとえば、あるバンドやアイドル、人気俳優などのファンだとして、ファンのためのページを訪れるたびに「買ってください」を連呼されたら、どう感じるか。
以前、「ファンページ」と呼んでいたページが、「Facebookページ」という呼称に変更されたのは、昨年2月5日。すでに一年以上経過しているので、比較的新しいユーザーは「ファンページ」という名称そのものを知らないかもしれない。
それはそれでかまわないのだが、これからも「ファンページ（ファンのためのページ）」と思って、「Facebookページ」を運営するのがよいのではなかろうか。
